Wow, it's Friday and this is my first post this week! I suck, this week went fast!Nothing new really though this week. We have working internet again at home. It's amazing how much you take it for granted. I thought we would be fine with no internet for a few weeks, but it's the little things you look up now and then that you miss. I can't quickly check emails, I can't look up this and that. It's back now and we're reconnected with the world (that's what it feels like anyway).
Next weekend we have our upgrade appointment with the builder. We're really excited about that. We're getting that much closer to finally having our own house!
The gym has been, well, a little inconsistant. I am still on week 3 of my program with only one more day left to finish it off. We kinda took a week off and are getting back into the swing of things this week. I haven't been very good with keeping up with my cardio days, but tonight I'll be making myself do it. Eating has been a mix of bad and good. :) We're working on balance! Yes.. that's it! No really, we have to clean it up more, summer is almost here and we'll be kicking ourselves soon! We really notice when we take a few days off at the gym. We both just feel soft and crave getting back into the gym. It's a nice change to want to get into the gym!
This weekend Kirk is working days, so I'm on my own during the day. I'll be getting my butt to the gym on Saturday and then just some random organizing at home (laundry n' stuff). Sunday I will be doing the cardio circuit and then not sure what else will fill my day. I just can't wait to sleep in! The weather is supposed to be beautiful and right now I'm really wishing we had a dog that I could go out for walks/runs with to keep me company.
