Spin!!!

Yep I did it! I finally put my butt back in the spin class last night. It was sooo good, I really have to keep doing them. My goal is to do 2 classes a week and that will be my cardio. Weights three days a week and cardio two days. As the summer comes closer, I'll add more cardio and clean up my diet more so I can get on the beach this summer. We have plans of being beach bumms this summer! Can't wait!

Kirk opted out of the spin class to do weights. He wants to be in a bit better shape to try out the spin class. Soon... SOON I'll have him in there, or I'll just have to kick his butt on our real bikes when it gets warmer. :D

I heard on the radio that there are only 15 more days till spring! Boy I can't wait for the nice weather. This weekend it's supposed to be warmer, so that's looking good. Kirk is on nights for the weekend so I'm kinda on my own. I'll have to get some laundry done, some gym time in and some relaxation.

I am still sick! I seem to wake up ok and as the morning progresses, I get stuffier and stuffier. Then it all simmers down again to feel half decent at night. It's really strange. I hope I can kick it soon, I'm getting tired of sneezing and being stuffy!

  1. I would Love to take a spin class..but well we don't even have a gym in town...LOL besides a Curves type one!

    I just have a mountain bike that I hook up to my stationary trainer...I works but you don't get quite the resistance of a spin bike.

    Hope you feel better soon, Colds really suck! Take lots of glutamin and Vitamin C
